Police determined that a male and a female at the location were engaged in loud sexual activity.įraud Report – 10:27 a.m. The caller stated that this was an ongoing issue. – The caller was concerned for a female subject as sometimes she was yelling to stop, however it mostly sounded pleasurable. – The caller said that a large number of vehicles were both coming in and leaving at the same time, causing major traffic issues on Cerritos, causing gridlock. None of them were allowed to be on school grounds. – Several unauthorized persons were reportedly trying to sell flowers and others to subjects at the location for the various graduation events that day. – Reagan/Farquhar – A male subject was reportedly following the caller while walking. Police contacted the owner of the dogs and determined that they were on leashes. – Two pit bulls were reportedly running loose and the caller was concerned for children playing at the park. Police contacted two subjects and arrested one subject for an outstanding warrant out of Riverside County Sheriff’s Office for vandalism. – Katella/Ticonderoga – Two male subjects were reportedly wearing gloves and digging through the bushes. One subject arrested for outstanding warrants for possession of stolen property, larceny, vehicle code charges, and drug charges. – Police performed a traffic stop on a vehicle occupied by three subjects after the vehicle drover over the center median off the freeway exit. The caller stated that she never actually witnessed the subject tampering with the ATM, just that the subject walked over to the ATM, used it quickly, then “slowly” walked back to a vehicle, stood around the area for a few minutes, and then left. ![]() – The caller believed that a suspicious male subject was possibly doing something to the ATM at the location. All items were released to the sister and the vehicle was driven away from the scene by the sister’s boyfriend. The father was spoken to regarding his son’s driving habits and his being in possession of marijuana. The father called the subject’s older sister to pick up the driver. – Katella/Noel – Following a traffic stop, police spoke to the driver’s father by phone. OCFA and the property manager would handle securing the residence. OCFA determined that the oven was left on and there was smoke only, no fire. Police found heavy smoke from the front door. – OCFA was responding for a report of smoke coming from the apartment.
